When engaged in psychological clinical services with Bocquée Psychology personnel you will be required to provide written consent to engage in such services, and this information may be required to be released under certain circumstances. Full details of this information is provided to all clients before and/or during the initial consultation with Bocquée Psychology, and your questions will be answered in this regard at that time.  

Outside of the conditions listed above, personal information may be disclosed where we are required to comply with a legal requirement, such as law, regulation, court order, subpoena or warrant, in the course of a legal proceeding or in response to a law enforcement agency request. We may also use your Personal Information to protect the rights, property or safety of Bocquée Psychology, our clients, or third parties.

Whilst no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be totally secure, Bocquée Psychology strives to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of personal information submitted to our site, and we review and update our security measures considering current technologies.
